How does it work?
Phone call / request
Our operator introduces himself and asks you to define shortly your request or problem. You are subsequently asked to provide your contact data (name, surname, eventually username, workplace, phone number or e-mail). If possible, our operator will try to solve your problem immediately, on-line. In more complex cases, he will probably need to know your hardware configuration or a more exact definition of the problem, and you will be asked at which time(s) our expert in a given field can contact you.
After the call, our operator enters the acquired information into the help desk system, which automatically sends the request by e-mail to individual investigators. Depending on their occupation, they mutually agree on who would solve the given issue and who would contact you at the agreed time.
Request by e-mail
Requests received by e-mail are processed in a similar manner as those received by phone calls. The operator enters the information from your e-mail into the help desk system, which sends the request to individual investigators. You will subsequently receive a short message informing you that your request has been admitted. The investigator who specializes in a given field will then contact you as soon as possible to solve your request.
