Projects of the Institute of Biostatistics and Analyses at Masaryk University

The registries listed below can be sorted by various criteria. One possibility is the classification according to medical branches (click on the branch of your interest in the right column). Some registries form part of another, broader project::

NOP On-line registries: The NOP On-line project is an information portal of the Czech National Cancer Control Programme [www.onconet.cz]. This project involves, among others, a number of registries, which are aimed at a complex communication of data results of oncology and epidemiology research in the Czech Republic.
CEBO registries: CEBO (Center for Evidence Based Oncology, http://cebo.registry.cz) is an independent academic institution which aims to increase the quality and quantity of oncological clinical trials initiated by doctors and medical societies from the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Cardiology registries serve as an iformation support for colection of structured clinical data in cardiology. Based on their design, they enable performing elementary assessment, comparison and complex statistical analyses upon collected data.

Clinical registry of patients with advanced colorectal carcinoma, breast carcinoma or lung carcinoma, who have been treated with Avastin.

Clinical registry monitoring the treatment effectiveness of Erbitux, a targeted biological therapy used in the treatment of colorectal cancer and locally advanced head and neck cancer.
