Register of patients with alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency

The AATD registry study represents a non-interventional multicenter retrospective prospective longitudinal follow-up patients with alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency.

Primary objective

  • Follow-up of patients with alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency in the Czech Republic

Secondary objectives

  • Determining the course of lung involvement as part of the natural progression of the disease
  • Determination of test monitoring parameters to characterize the course of lung disease and express the prognosis of the disease
  • Finding the behavior of individuals with no/minimal lung impairment
  • Detection of the presence or progression of other affected organs
