Non-interventional, multicentre, prospective study monitoring the development and treatment of congenital dysfunctions of the immune system.

start of the project: 04/2012

The database of primary immunodeficiencies was created in 2011 as a clinical non-interventional study with the aim of collection of epidemiological data on patients suffering from this congenital dysfunction of immune system.

Primary objective of the project:

  • describing the epidemiological situation in the Czech Republic.

Secondary objective of the project:

  • finding out how the condition develops when treated with immunoglobulins,
  • monitoring of hereditary angioedema (HAE) development.
